Where is my order confirmation email?

After placing your order, you will receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation sent shortly after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you do not see the order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Orders completed using a phone number instead of an email address will not receive an email confirmation.

If you wish to add or update an email address on your order, please contact our Customer Support team. This will ensure you receive your shipping confirmation along with your tracking details.

How long before my order ships?

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes up to 5 business days after your order has been processed. In the event of limited stock availability, dispatch may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.

Can I change my address?
